Frequently Asked Questions
Click the Register button in the top right corner. Then, enter your email address and create a strong password. Next, enter your first and last name, and tick the box to agree to the Terms of service and Privacy policy.
After that, you need to choose your attendance type and participation type for the event you are registering, in case the organizer configured the event in such a way.
Once you define your attendance and participation type, click on Continue to create your b2match account and start registering for the event.

First, locate the Log in button in the upper right corner of the event navigation. Type in the email and password you used to create your b2match account. After that, click on Log In.

On the event page, navigate to the Log in button in the upper right corner of the event navigation.
Under the Email and Password field, click the Forgot password? link, enter your email address, and then click the Send reset link. You will then receive an email with a Reset password button. Clicking the button in the email will redirect you to the password setup screen.
Type in your new password in the New password and Confirm password fields. We recommend that you create a secure password with upper and lower case letters, at least one number, and special characters to ensure the security of your account. Afterwards, click on the Reset password and log in button.

My camera isn't working:
Please ensure that your camera is activated. If there's a line on the camera symbol, click on it to activate. Also, make sure that your browser has permission to use your camera in the settings. For detailed instructions, check out this article.
Meeting Scheduler
"Can I add more time slots to my agenda?” Yes! Go to Agenda > Event and add the times you'll be available.
Scheduling 1-on-1 Meetings:
First of all, you have to make sure that you have selected the slots that you want to be available. To check it you have to go to Agenda > Event Agenda. After that, go to Participants on the top menu and start scheduling meetings.
Blocking Time Slots:
To block a time slot for meetings, ensure that there are no existing meetings scheduled during that time. If there are any meetings, you must cancel them first. Here's how you can do it:
Navigate to Agenda > Event Agenda.
Remove the time slots you don't want to be available by canceling any meetings scheduled during those times.
This process will ensure that the time slot is blocked and unavailable for scheduling meetings.
No-show Participant:
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee control over attendee behavior. While we advise attendees not to miss scheduled meetings, individual circumstances may vary. If it happens, we recommend you access our networking lounge and send a message to the attendee to discuss and potentially reschedule the meeting. If you are using the b2match app you can send the message through the app as well.
You can't join the lecture? Remember, the 'Join Online' button is inactive until 5 minutes before the session. If the button is gray, the session hasn't started yet, and when the button is not visible at all, it means that the participant is not logged in.
