Reducing Environmental impacts of Scour Mitigation on Foundations
About
Balmoral HexDefence is a flow mitigation product, currently in full scale prototype stages with first deployment early 2024 on jacket foundations. It has the potential to eliminate the need for rock dumping for scour protection purposes, massively reducing cost and environmental impacts. It can also open up high flow sites with limited bottom cover currently deemed unviable for jacket and monopile foundations. We are looking for US based partners that can help us achieve maximum rate and efficiency from 'factory in a box' solutions deployed quayside or co-located with monopile or jacket manufacturing.
