The matchmaking is already done – how luxurious is that? We’ve carefully matched each company with investors based on the information you provided at registration. Under Agenda and then My schedule you find all of your meetings. The meetings can also be found if you click on the schedule icon in the upper right corner of the event navigation to open the My schedule drop-down.

Each meeting is 25 minutes. That’s it. Use your time wisely and make sure to end with a clear call to action. 25 minutes run fast, but they are crucial for building initial connections as they provide a targeted way to meet potential collaboration partners, allowing participants to quickly evaluate each other's interests and expertise, and identify common goals and synergies.

Some meetings are digital. If you have any of these, make sure to bring your own headphones and plan ahead for how and where you’ll take the meeting. Be ready and connected on time – we’ve done our best to create a suitable environment on site to support smooth digital meetings.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your first scheduled meeting so you have time to check in at the info desk and prepare. There will be clear signage and a helpful info desk team to guide you throughout the day.

You’re welcome to stay with us all day, even if you only have a few meetings. Between sessions, you’ll have the chance to connect with other entrepreneurs and the Uminova Innovation team.
