About me

Rebecca is the Managing Director of BlueKit Medical, a trusted provider of high-quality medical devices, where she has been at the helm of strategic growth and expansion since 2015. With a strong foundation in organisational leadership, robust supplier relationships, and customer focused procurement strategy, Rebecca has led BlueKit’s transformation into a thriving supplier, securing a loyal customer network, and driving substantial revenue growth.

With a background in non-profit administration, healthcare management, and education, Rebecca brings a unique, mission-driven approach to the medical device sector. Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to service excellence, ethical procurement, and sustainable healthcare solutions. Under her guidance, BlueKit Medical has not only expanded its market presence but has also secured high-value contracts, maintaining long-term, trusted partnerships with healthcare providers and procurement organisations.

With very little need for advertising and marketing, BlueKit’s customers have become its brand ambassadors, testament to the quality of product and service delivery.

In the BlueKit spirit of being led by its customers, outside of usual office hours, Rebecca has lent her skills and expertise to international charity, World Vasectomy Day, exploring and developing an understanding of vasectomy in the global context of family planning and sexual, reproductive health. Rebecca works with stakeholders to galvanise support and raise awareness of vasectomy and the critical factors associated with service delivery in the UK.

In August 2024, Rebecca successfully led the acquisition of BlueKit Medical by a larger medical device company, a strategic move designed to leverage greater investment, innovation, and global scalability. She remains at the helm as Managing Director, ensuring BlueKit continues to deliver exceptional medical solutions while fostering meaningful partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders.

With over a decade of leadership in customer-focused, service-led strategies, Rebecca is an experienced communicator and a highly effective relationship builder, passionate about collaborating with procurement leaders to drive sustainable healthcare impact. She welcomes the opportunity to discuss innovative procurement solutions, strategic partnerships, and high-quality medical supply chains at the UNGM International Procurement Seminar.
