DATA and SOFTWARE: Our agile Data Team provides products for two service areas: (i) project data management/analysis and (ii) project delivery management and MEL. Project Data Management/Analysis Systems: For clients gathering large volumes of data, we build advanced cloud-based systems to help integrate siloed data and analyse it much more quickly and efficiently., Project Delivery Management and MEL Systems: For clients working to deliver projects through large teams we provide programme management and MEL software to monitor and coordinate team delivery, track grants and report to donors. STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS: Our Strategic Communications Team ensures that organisations makes effective use of limited budgets through targeted communications strategies. Our team also helps clients plan and deliver communications campaigns that promote their messages and influence stakeholders – whether they need an external team to develop all of their knowledge products or expert advisors to assist on high profile projects. ADVISORY and STRATEGY: Our Advisory Team helps clients worldwide to analyse and strategically address issues that affect efficiency, impact and learning. They help clients better understand the problems they face and identify the best solutions to overcome them. TRAINING: Our Training Team delivers tailored online and in-person training in communications, science writing, and programme and data management to international organisations and centres of research excellence.
