How it works:
How to apply for and participate in a session
The ViennaUP Coffee House Sessions take place from May 08 to May 16, 2025 in various centrally located coffee houses in Vienna. Each of the session hosts will host two 45 minutes sessions with up to 3 participants each. Follow the process below in order to apply for participation in the sessions with our high-level speakers:
1) Registration

Not registered yet? Go to viennaup.com, click on the "Get your ticket!" button, register for ViennaUP (or login if you are already registered) and then confirm your interest for the "ViennaUP Coffee House Sessions".

The application to join the exclusive sessions with our hosts is administered on the b2match system, which is accessible as a website or a mobile app (we recommend the web-version for a better overview). You will receive an email from b2match to set up your matchmaking profile, right after you have booked the event on ViennaUP.com

The ticket confirmation email does not guarantee your attendance at any of the meetings with the participating hosts! You need to apply for each meeting separately in the b2match platform.

To access b2match, click on the link in the email you have received from b2match, finish your b2match registration and answer the additional questions about your company. A complete profile enables the best matches.

Await the activation of your account. After the organizing team has reviewed your data, you will be informed accordinlgy about successful acceptance our rejection for the sessions. The accounts of selected participants will be activated and the booking phase for meetings will start after March 15, 00:00 CET, 2025. Each session host has two pre-defined time slots (45 minutes each) during which they will be available for meetings.

After your participant profile has been activated by the organizer, go to the section "Agenda" and apply for the meeting with your desired Coffee House Session Hosts. After you have requested a meeting, the organizers will review your request and either confirm or decline each of your meetings separately.

Once a meeting has been confirmed, you will get a meeting confirmation via email and the meeting will be marked as confirmed in b2match. Each session host have different prerequisites on the participants in their session.
2) Publish a business profile to showcase your needs
Create a clear and concise business profile to increase your chance to be selected for a participation at our sessions. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet.
3) Attend your sessions
Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings.
