Novian PRO provide AI, software engineering, integration, R&D services for the aerospace and defence industries. We have about 250 software engineers with the NATO Security Clearance. We belong to "INVL Technology" - one of the largest investment groups in the Baltic States listed on Vilnius Nasdaq stock exchange. The company has been a consortium partner in the several European Defence Fund (EDF) projects—including ODIN'S EYE / ODIN'S EYE 2, AI4DEF, FIRES / FIRES 2, e-COLORSS, SESIOP, INTEGRAL, PEONEER. Some of these projects were carried out under the company’s former name, Elsis PRO, which was changed to Novian PRO a few years ago. In these projects, Novian PRO is contributing to the development of AI-powered solutions and algorithms, command and control (C2) and C4ISR systems, distributed data storage, secure communication architectures, and real-time or near-real-time data processing systems. Novian PRO also participated in the NATO Alliance Ground Surveillance (AGS) program, where it developed software solutions related to ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance), as well as interoperability standards such as Link 16 and Link 22. Our clients and partners are the companies and organizations like ESA (European Space Agency), IBM, British Telecom, Rheinmetall Electronics, OHB, Airbus Defence & Space, ADB Safegate, Zuken and other.

About me

Before joining "Novian" I used to work for various defence companies like "Elsis Group" in Lithuania, "Oxford Strategic Ltd." in the UK, which was chaired by a former NATO Commander, Major General Charles Vyvyan.
