The Picollo Company, thanks to the love for this work and the efforts of fourth generations, has managed to realize the dream of its founder (PICOLLO LORENZO) and with many sacrifices has equipped itself with a modern cellar equipped with stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and a chain for bottling and packaging the bottles. All the processing takes place in compliance with tradition and in the sure belief that a good wine comes only from excellent grapes. Currently the company owns and cultivates about 16 hectares of vineyards with an average age of 60 years, mainly exposed to the south with the possibility already foreseen to operate further expansions. The cultivation of the vineyards takes place according to traditional methods handed down from generation to generation. We are currently in the fourth generation. A Gavi produced in the name of tradition with grapes carefully selected during the harvest and processed with a modern Willmes press in order to obtain a fragrant and fruity wine of a more or less pale straw color capable of reaching high quality levels even with the passage of time. All the wines of the PICOLLO ERNESTO Agricultural Company are obtained in compliance with EU directives for the protection of human health and the environment
