My organisation

Fundacja Innowacja i Wiedza ( Innovation and Knowledge Foundation - FIIW) www.fiiw.pl is a non-for-profit organization established in 2012 in Warsaw, Poland to support social innovation, encourage entrepreneurship development, adult education and support individuals who want to change reality and have an impact on the economic and social development of Poland and United Europe. FIIW activities are centered around supporting and expanding the idea of democracy, financial education, access to education and knowledge, ICT tools, lifelong learning, support for migrants, entrepreneurs and innovation. FIIW provides especially support in the area of social and vocational activization, entrepreneurship, social innovation, financial education through projects that include training, online courses, seminars, conferences, workshops, mentoring sessions and other educational events, mainly for socially excluded groups of beneficiaries. Since the activities are mainly directed at groups of adult, youth, migrants and many of them are from the marginalized and often neglected members of our society, the Foundation provides all of its services free of charge to its participants. FIIW has been involved in the dissemination of the idea of ​​innovation, entrepreneurship, self-fulfillment and financial independence among various groups since its creation, in particular those economically excluded. The Foundation has been active for more than 12 years, implementing a number of educational and social activities. FIIW has an official public entry in the Register of Training Institutions and Employment Agencies. The Foundation has a team of 30+ trainers and methodologists, experts and mentors who constitute a team of specialists creating training programs, providing professional support to vulnerable groups, consulting and mentoring services. We have broad experience in launching educational platforms, project management with public funds including EU funds eg. ESF, Erasmus+.  With the organization, a group of many other specialists cooperate on a permanent basis in all fields of education eg. training, finance, social work, social campaigns, entrepreneurship, vocational counselling and innovation. The foundation specializes in the areas of social and vocational projects, entrepreneurship, financial education, educational research projects for adults, youth, teachers, SME which are the main profiles of our activity that we constantly improve. FIIW embraces area of ​​the entire Poland, which confirms the range of implemented projects and outside Poland in the international projects delivered with other countries. The main recipients of our activities are people at risk of social exclusion, including people as low education, threatened with  / or unemployed, disabled, youth, and many others using the help of social institutions.  FIIW delivers  complex program of “Support to achieve socio-economic inclusion and integration of refugees fleeing Ukraine to Poland” – project name “Step to work” for ca. 3000 Ukrainian refugees in Poland. Programme supported by UKAid and International Rescue Committee (USA). It is full scale social and vocational support for people from Ukraine who suffered from ongoing war - vocational advisory, individual support, job placements, Polish language classes, law advisory, translations, 5 different workshops, childcare, etc. – ca. 3000 people in slaskie and wielkopolskie regions.

About me

Krzysztof Jaszczuk – President of the Management Board of the Innovation and Knowledge Foundation, has extensive experience (since 2005) in the coordination and implementation of projects in the field of education, lifelong learning, professional and social activation. He has participated in the implementation of over 50 projects in the field of education and professional and social integration. Expert in the labour market, professional and social activation of excluded groups, financial and social education of people from disadvantaged groups in Poland and in the world. Prince2 Practitioner certificate, MSc and PhD studies in International Business. Member of numerous Management Teams in many projects co-financed from public funds. (m.in. Interreg IIIC, Erasmus+, POKL, ROP: 2014-2020, 2021-2027 ESF, UKAid).

He manages currently the implementation of  complex program of “Support to achieve socio-economic inclusion and integration of refugees fleeing Ukraine to Poland” – project name “Step to work” for ca. 3000 Ukrainian refugees in Poland.
