As the organizer, we want to facilitate your networking with Exhibitors and Visitors before, during, and after the conference through a professional matchmaking platform.

The conference aims to establish and facilitate connections between Exhibitors/Visitors as well as Visitors/Visitors. The matchmaking platform makes it possible to quickly and easily connect with other participants and book meeting before the event.

For your on-site meetings, you can create your own personal B2B matchmaking agenda with pre-scheduled bilateral 20-minute meetings. Your personalized agenda ensures efficient use of time and supports meaningful connections and information exchange. Meetings will be held in a dedicated area and will be arranged in advance via this website.

How does it work?

How does the B2B Matchmaking work?
All participants are automatically registered for 1:1 networking (opt-out is possible). To request a meeting, simply browse the list of participants or the marketplace and identify potential matches. You can then send meeting requests, including a short note explaining the purpose of the meeting. Once your request is accepted, the meeting will be scheduled at a reserved table during the next available timeslot at the event.

Networking is available during and after the event. Throughout the event, you can continue connecting with other participants through the integrated chat messaging feature.
