Wait for some 5 minutes for your meeting partner to arrive or join the Video call (they might be on the way already)
Message your meeting partner if you can't make it & reschedule your meeting
Finish on time and leave your table or Video Call timely.

Login on this Matchmaking platform
Select the Handshake icon in the Navigation to view your 1:1 meetings
Click the JOIN button to start the Video Call
Leave the Video Call in time to start next meeting (if any) timely. Meetings can be extended if both partners don't have a subsequent meeting.

IMPORTANT: Time-zone
Make sure you have selected the proper TIME-ZONE where you stay on the 3rd July (e.g. Brazil, China, India, etc) to view Meeting times in YOUR time-zone settings.

About the initiative

This initiative is carried out within the framework of the partnership between the National Confederation of Industry (CNI) and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil), with the support of the Brazilian Network of International Business Centers (Rede CIN). It also has the partnership of the Federation of Industries of the State of Rio de Janeiro (FIRJAN) and the support of the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology (IBICT).

This initiative is part of the agenda of the BRICS Women’s Business Alliance (WBA), which considers female leadership a strategic pillar for strengthening the bloc. The meetings are aimed at women-led companies, connecting them with international buyers, with a focus on BRICS countries.
