WCFS 2025 Matchmaking
World Conference on Floating Solutions (WCFS)
The World Conference on Floating Solutions (WCFS), initiated in 2019 by the Society of Floating Solutions, Singapore (SFSS), is a global platform for advancing floating solutions. From its start in Singapore, WCFS has grown into a key event, with past editions in Rotterdam (2020), Tokyo (2023), and Hong Kong (2024).
Floating solutions are at the forefront of addressing global challenges such as urbanization, climate change, and sustainable resource use. WCFS 2025 will provide a forum for exploring the latest innovations and developments that are shaping the future of urban waterfronts and enabling the transition to a sustainable, resilient blue economy.
WCFS 2025 focuses on sustainable waterfront development and the blue economy.
WCFS 2025 is hosted by Bluet Floating Solutions, a Finnish company specialized in special floating solutions, and organized in collaboration with the Society of Floating Solutions (Singapore) / SFSS, as well as a team of educational, academic and research institutes, such as Finnish state owned research institution VTT and Aalto University. The conference will take place in Espoo Finland on 1-3 September 2025.
WCFS 2025 is for professionals across industries, including architects, engineers, planners, investors, lawyers, researchers, manufacturers, policymakers and other service providers interested in floating solutions. Covering topics like architecture, climate resilience, sustainability, renewable energy, and policy, the conference fosters multidisciplinary collaboration and innovation.
