Wind Energy International Matchmaking Event at WindEurope Bilbao 2024

Participation in the B2B event is free of charge. It will take place, though, in the same building but in a different space to the one of the main conference and exhibition of Wind Europe Annual Conference. Registration and particiation in the B2B does not grant access, therefore, to the exhibition and conference spaces of the event.

All the B2B meetings will be on-site. No hybrid or virtual event is considered.

To participate in the B2B event, registration will be mandatory (by clicking the "Register now" button in the up-right section of this website). Evry participant will need to fulfill all the information fields relative to their company y  que cada participante complete los campos de registro necesarios. These include the general data of the company and person attending, area of ​​expertise, products/services they offer, differential value and type of partner or opportunity they are looking for.

These fields must be completed in English.

Registered companies agree to accept or deny meeting requests issued to them by other participants. They will also duly inform the organizers and the participants involved if they cannot attend any of the meetings they have accepted.

This event is suported by Enterprise Europe Network | Enterprise Europe Network (europa.eu). Companies that register for the event accept the following conditions:

• All companies registered for the event and their profiles will be registered as clients of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), with no other effect than declaring the service provided by the organization in the partnering process. The continuity of the relationship of the companies with the EEN will be the exclusive consideration of the companies themselves.

• If required, registered companies must sign a letter of participation in the event and, in the event of closing successful agreements derived from the scheduled meetings, a letter confirming the success of the partnering actions undertaken as a result of the event. In no case will these documents show any type of confidential or sensitive information nor will they be made public without the consent of the participating companies. Its sole purpose, unless otherwise agreed with the signatory companies, will be the internal reporting of the results of the activity supported by the EEN.
