Processing EoL Blades

Plaswire's RX Polymer is diverting waste wind blades, aviation waste polymers from manufacturing and decommissioning, along with residual packaging waste away from incineration.

RX Polymer is replacing virgin plastics, precast concrete, wood and metal construction products. At end of life these products can be reprocessed over and over.

The carbon prevention is 5 - 6 tonnes for each tonne of material processed. Our site will be at capacity at 35,000 tonnes of RX Polymer (175,000 to 200,000 tonnes of C02e prevention).

All western countries are incineration millions of tonnes of waste polymers, destroying a resource that can be put back into the supply chain.

We are seeking potential partners to set up similar plants globally to effect a very fast reduction in CO2 production.
