Plaswire processes onshore and offshore EoL blades. All materials are re-purposed and utilised in our smart hybrid RX Polymer.

We replace virgin plastics, precast concrete, wood and metal construction products.

5 - 6 tonnes of C02e are prevented for each tonne we process.

Currently Plaswire is constructing the first single pass offshore blade processing line which will be sited at a European port., for completed Q4 2024.

Our design team is working on a mobile process line for onshore blades which will be ready Q3 2025.

Current capacity at our Northern Ireland plant is 2,000 tonnes and will grow to 5,000 tonnes in 2026 and 7,500 tonnes in 2027.

Since we commenced production in October 2023 our clients include Orsted, Vettenfall and Iberdrola. We also work with major aviation companies including Airbus, Boeing, Collins Aeropace and Thompson Aeroseating.
