Sloane Perras

Sloane Perras is a seasoned corporate executive in the offshore wind industry with over 20 years experience in global logistics.  She is the Vice President of Foss Offshore Wind and the former Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Ethics Officer of Saltchuk Marine, a family of harbor and marine services companies. In her current role, Sloane is responsible for the business development and operations of the Supply line of Foss Offshore Wind, including the development of an offshore wind terminal portfolio and its proof of concept of the first U.S. multi-tenant offshore wind terminal located in New Bedford, Massachusetts. She has served as an executive for over 10 years across both logistics and retail brands. As a member of various executive teams, Sloane has expertise in closing deals, totaling over a billion dollars in transferred assets; navigating complex regulatory environments; and evolving companies from turn around status to active growth stage.
