Welcome to the Event Page for Women's Football Expo 2025
We are looking forward to welcoming you to Stockholm in October for the fifth edition of the Women’s Football Expo and for this event we are very pleased to collaborate with the Swedish top club Hammarby IF.
We will focus on the theme of ‘Football First’, with the aim of driving the development of women’s football and discussing what’s at the heart of it all - the football. Beyond your current network, WFE provides a great opportunity to connect with decision-makers, coaches and recruitment and academy leaders from across the game, and importantly around the world.
We will explore the bridge between youth and professional football, delve into transfers and buyouts, and discuss recruitment across different markets - no matter where you are in the football ecosystem. At the heart of it all is WFE’s core purpose: to develop the women’s game!

Registration and Approval Process
Women's Football Expo is designed for decision makers, coaches, managers within recruitment and academies, industry professionals and enthusiasts. Completion of the registration form is required, including all necessary personal details and any relevant documents or credentials.
All registrations are subject to approval by the WFE organizing committee. The approval process ensures a diverse, inclusive, and engaging experience for all attendees, aligning participants with the goals and themes of the WFE.
