Enhance Your Event Check-In with Bigger, Bolder Labels

We’re excited to announce a small upgrade that makes a big difference to b2match Entrance, the event check-in app for your in-person and hybrid events!
The Entrance app is designed to streamline the check-in process, making it quick and easy to manage participant flow and prevent long lines and wait times. It also allows you to print labels as participants check in, so they can easily display their names and contact information—just what they need for networking at in-person events!
New Label Options
To increase label readability and offer a larger display option, labels can now be printed in landscape mode, making them twice as large as the default size. All you need to do is tick the Landscape orientation checkbox in the app’s printer settings to enable this feature.
After printing, you can attach the labels to badges, and let participants enjoy more engaging networking.
Simple Event Networking Check-In with QR Scanner
Not familiar with how the check-in process works? Here’s how: With the app’s QR scanner, you can quickly check in participants by scanning their custom QR codes, available on the b2match mobile event networking app for participants.
The check-in app syncs in real-time, ensuring you always have an up-to-date list of participants and their check-ins and check-outs across all devices. For backup, you can always manually check in or out participants if needed.
Once a QR code is scanned, use the label printing feature to create labels that participants can wear, making it easy to display their names and contact information—perfect for sparking conversations at matchmaking events!
Keep Check-In Steady Even When Internet Isn’t
We know that a steady onsite internet connection isn’t always guaranteed. But don’t worry! The app also works in offline mode, saving all check-ins and check-outs locally. Once you’re back online, the data will sync with other organizers across devices.
