Maintain An Active User Base With Participant Activity Tracking
Aug 12, 20221 min read
On networking events, active and engaged participants are important for a high number of b2b meetings. On event community platforms, which usually last a year, participant activity is even more crucial.
It is hard to keep track of which participants have logged in in the past day, week, month, or more. That is why we have released a new feature - participant online activity tracking! You can now see the last time a participant has been active on your networking event or event community platform.
In the organizer's tool, you can see the last time a participant was active by going to Participants and clicking on a profile.

This is a great way to keep track of who's active and make sure everyone is getting the most out of the platform. It is especially useful for filtering out inactive participants and identifying which ones might need a nudge to login and participate.
To filter participants based on their activity or inactivity, you can use the Advanced Search option. We've added the ability to filter based on various time spans, so you can see who's been active or inactive in the last week, month, or even half a year.

Additionally, you can set up a default filter and add the Last Active column in the Participant list. This way, you can see which participants are active with just one look, and sort participant based on their activity.
As always, let us know if you have any questions, or need help with using this new feature!
