Organizations Setup Made Easier: Now in Registration!

Organizing events is all about bringing people together and ensuring that participants enjoy a smooth, rewarding experience, and not managing tedious logistics.
With our latest upgrade to the registration process, participants can now easily create or join an organization page as part of their registration, saving time and improving their experience. Let's learn how exactly this works.
A Seamless Registration Flow
Previously, participants first had to finish registering for the event and then create an organization page on the platform.
Now, the organization setup is integrated directly into the registration steps. This change means that when participants complete their registration, their organization page is ready, too, in just one seamless flow!
At the beginning of registration, participants select their participation type, either explicitly or by choosing a ticket. If their participation type allows for it, they’ll have the choice to join an existing organization or create a new one.
Flexible Options for Setting up an Organization Page
We’ve made it easy for participants to find the right organization! Our system automatically recommends potential organizations for them to join based on their email domain. For example, if the participant’s email domain matches that of a registered organization’s owner, it’s suggested right away.
If the system doesn’t find an organization match based on the participant’s email domain, they can easily search for available organizations. Thanks to the event’s visibility settings, only relevant options are displayed, helping participants quickly find and join the right organization.
And if there’s no match, don’t worry! Participants can always choose to create a new organization, complete with all relevant details, allowing them to get started independently.
Once they finalize registering for the event, participants are automatically added to their chosen or created organization. Event organizers and organization owners maintain control over organization representatives, including the ability to remove participants if necessary.

With these updates, organizers can now save significant time and reduce manual intervention, as we’ve resolved the issue of participants unintentionally creating multiple organizations. This improvement streamlines workflows, enabling organizers to focus on high-impact tasks rather than spending time managing duplicate entries.
