Meet Everyone in One Place! Participants and Companies in One, Unified View.

Nov 25, 20242 min read

As you know, our team is always thinking about new ways of improving the participant experience and making the networking process as intuitive and simple as it can be.

That is why we bring you our latest update - a single unified list of participants and companies!

Better User Experience, Better Visibility

Previously, event participants and organizations were displayed in separate lists, accessible via the link in event navigation. While this worked for specific searches, participants often switched between lists to gather complete information. Both lists featured filtering and search options for easier browsing.

With this update, we've made the process even simpler and more intuitive, at the same time giving your participants and companies more visibility.

Our new configuration option allows you to choose from three different views in the Participants list: Participants only, Organizations only, or Participants & Organizations view, which gives participants the flexibility to switch between the two. Customize the lists in a way that best fits to your needs.

Flexible, Intuitive Browsing

The Participant view displays individual networking profiles, highlighting attendees and putting faces at the center of the experience.

The Organization view groups participants by their organization, perfect for those more interested in connecting with major names or companies attending the event. This allows attendees to quickly book meetings or send messages to any organization representatives directly from the list.

When the Participants & Organizations view is selected, participants can switch between Participant and Organization views using a button at the top of the list. By simply clicking “Participants” or “Organizations,” they can personalize their browsing experience according to their networking goals.

Do some of your participants attend independently, without being linked to an organization? These attendees will now be neatly grouped in a "Participants without an organization" section at the bottom of the participant list, ensuring every individual gains visibility.

This update will simplify the networking process on our b2b matchmaking platform, helping participants quickly discover relevant contacts—whether they’re seeking to connect with big names or independent attendees. It’s all about ensuring everyone gets the most value from their event experience.
