3rd Annual MSRG meeting

All representatives are asked to register to the meeting and indicate travel preferences via online registration latest EOB 21 October 2024. We kindly ask those Representatives who will attend the meeting but will not need the EIT to arrange travel to also register online.

We would like to draw your attention to Article 9 of the MSRG Rules of Procedure whereby only Representatives are invited to the meeting. In case the country Representative is unable to attend, and Substitute can replace them after informing the MSRG Secretariat (msrg@eit.europa.eu). In this case, the MSRG Secretariat will send the link to the registration platform to the Substitute.

1.     Registration

Fill and submit the registration form with all the requested information regarding your personal details and travel preferences.

 2.     Travel booking

Once your registration has been completed, the EIT contractor will get in contact with you to organise the travel arrangements.
