Are you gearing up for a project proposal in Horizon Europe's Cluster 6? Looking to identify suitable project partners?
The network of National Contact Points for Cluster 6, CARE4BIO had organised an on-site networking event in Warsaw on 27 May 2025 for the upcoming 2025 calls in Horizon Europe Cluster 6 'Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment'! The brokerage event complements the European Commission's Cluster 6 Info Days for the 2025 calls, which took place on 20 and 21 May, online.
The CARE4BIO brokerage event (#CARE4BIOBrokerage) on 27th May 2025 and the following matchmaking are dedicated to consortium building. The objective is to gather all relevant stakeholders intending to apply for funding in the Horizon Europe Cluster 6 Calls 2025. This platform enables bilateral meetings between participants from Europe and beyond interested in the same topics, seeking to share new project ideas and find collaboration partners. Thus, the brokerage event and this digital infrastructure help you to build your consortium for the for the upcoming Horizon Europe Cluster 6 Calls 2025.
You can pre-arrange the bilateral meetings by means of a user-friendly match-making tool based on the profiles of other participants.
The National Institute for Culture and Rural Heritage (NIKiDW): a unique event venue
The event itsself took place at the National Institute for Culture and Rural Heritage (NIKiDW), centrally located in Warsaw:
The NIKiDW, founded in 2019, continues the legacy of the State Institute of Rural Culture established in 1936. It serves as a vital center for the documentation and promotion of rural culture. For this event, the Institute has kindly provided us with lecture halls, guest facilities, and exceptional support from their entire team. We are very grateful!

Important issues
This brokerage event is looking to help coordinators and partners to further improve and develop their project idea and to find potential collaboration partners, and is not a unique ‘buyer – seller’ event.
The brokerage event should similarly not be used by consultants to sell their advisory services to clients. Consultants with specific expertise who wish to become partners of Horizon Europe projects are welcome, provided they are able to describe and demonstrate this expertise, e.g. by providing references for previous Horizon 2020 or Horizon Europe projects in which they have been involved.
