The Institute's research focuses on versatile technological solutions for industry, including: personalized nutrition through bioactive substances, bio-preservatives for enhanced product safety, precise validation of product safety and shelf life, food risk assessment for environmental and product safety, sustainable technologies for high-value products, and the innovative integration of food waste.
I have been doing research at KTU for the last 5 years and my area of interest is innovative food. During this time I have developed a product that was awarded in the Invention for the Future nomination and contributed to 18 different projects and innovations, so I believe that I can make a significant contribution to the development and implementation of ambitious goals.
