With 20 years of experience in Human Centred Design and User Experience, I'm an NN/g UX Certified professional passionate about creating inclusive and equitable digital experiences.

I've led the development of innovative solutions for healthcare, from medical devices to patient wearables. I've honed my skills in agile methodologies, UX maturity, and DesignOps & ResearchOps practices.

My expertise lies in de-risking projects and accelerating product launches by putting users at the heart of the design process.

Previously, I held senior leadership roles at leading organisations such as J&J MedTech where I successfully integrated user centred design and led global teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
