EGC 2025 | Call for contributors

Abstracts must be submitted online via the B2match portal following the completion of the registration process.

1. Create your profile

   Create your profile via the Register button.

2. After the creation of your profile

   Click on "Submit your Abstract" on the menu. Or.
   Click on your profile icon at the right of your screen. Click on the dashboard and scroll down to "My Abstract".

3. My Abstracts

   Select "Add Abstract".

   Select "Submit your abstract".

   Fill in the abstract submission form.

You have not submitted your abstract yet. Please note that the maximum character limit is 3,000, including spaces. Kindly ensure that you do not exceed this limit, as your contribution may be rejected if it surpasses this length.

When uploading your abstract, please note that at this stage, it is unnecessary for you to attach any documentation, such as PDFs, images, or videos.

Before submitting the contribution, making changes to your submission will be possible until the contribution deadline. After that, this option will be closed.
