EnergyWeek 2025 Matchmaking

The annual Vaasa EnergyWeek is the largest energy cluster event in the Nordic countries, focusing on renewable energy, smart energy, clean gas energy and energy storage. Topics of interest include digitalization, batteries and storage, circular economy, future smart cities, energy regulation, business and innovation.

Enterprise Europe Network organizes a free-of-charge onsite B2B matchmaking event during the EnergyWeek. The matchmaking welcomes companies and experts from all sectors of the energy industry.

Register and book meetings with other participants! Pre-scheduled 20-minute meetings are perfect for making first impressions and new contacts! In the matchmaking, you have a chance to discuss with potential business/technology/research partners in onsite pre-scheduled meetings. The organizers offer you support before, during and after the event.

The onsite face-to-face meetings take place on the 4th floor of the Vaasa City Hall.

Participation to the matchmaking is free-of-charge, but requires registration in advance. Note that matchmaking is one of the many events during EnergyWeek 2025, and you need to register to other events separately.

B2MATCH MOBILE APPLICATION

In addition to this matchmaking platform, you can book and manage meetings in the b2match mobile application, which is available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Note that you cannot register to the event on the mobile application. Once you are registered on the matchmaking website, login to the mobile application and book and manage your meetings also there, you can also send messages to other matchmaking participants.
