EURODEF 2024

The EURODEF 2024 defense B2B brokerage event aims to establish or strengthen links and partnerships :

• between the defense & security SMEs from the entire European Union

• between the defense & security SMEs and some European defense & security large companies

The EURODEF 2024 B2B meetings :

• aim to strengthen links, and support the creation of winning consortia, between companies from European Union countries :

  • between SMEs (in particular on the European Defense Fund)

  • between SMEs and some European defense & security large companies

  • between SMEs and defense & security clusters

• allow the European defense & security SMEs to present their mature technologies to some European defense & security large companies, and to other SMEs.

The following themes are addressed : DEFENSE & SECURITY, AERONAUTICS, CYBER-PROTECTION, ENERGY, EXPERIMENTAL AND TEST FACILITIES, HEALTHTECHS, INTEGRATION FACILITIES, MATERIALS, MECHANICS, METALLURGY, MICROELECTRONICS, NAVAL, OPTICS, OPTRONICS, SECURE COMMUNICATIONS, SPACE.

AGENDA OF THE EVENT

EURODEF 2024 takes 5 steps:

• as soon as registration is completed (latest registration : April 29th) : each participant can prepare his own presentation on the virtual marketplace

• from April 1st, 2024 : each participant becomes visible on the virtual marketplace and can see the other participants

• from April 15th, 2024 : each participant can request B2B meetings

• from May 1st to 13th, 2024 : each participant can participate virtual B2B meetings online via the platform’s video conferencing tool

• On May 14th, 2024 : each participant can participate the EURODEF 2024 defense B2B brokerage event which takes place in Toulon (France), including:

  • on-site B2B meetings

  • cocktail lunch (French caterer)

  • access to the networking area (including snackings and drinks throughout the day - French caterer)

B2B MEETINGS

B2B meetings will be possible between all participants, in particular:

• between SMEs from all the countries of the European Union registered at the EURODEF 2024 defense B2B brokerage event,

• between SMEs from all the countries of the European Union registered at the EURODEF 2024 defense B2B brokerage event and the registered European defense & security large companies (ACI, ALSYMEX, EXAIL, EXUS, HENSOLDT, JOGAM, KEP TECHNOLOGIES, LEONARDO, MBDA, MODELON, NAVIRIS, PCB PIEZOTRONICS, POLYTEC, ROLA SECURITY SOLUTIONS, SAINT GOBAIN, SATWAYS, SERMA, ...)

• between SMEs from all the countries of the European Union registered at the EURODEF 2024 defense B2B brokerage event and the registered defense and security clusters

B2B meetings will take place over 2 periods of time :

• from May 1st to 13th, 2024 virtually

• on May 14th 2024 on site (face-to-face) in Toulon (France)

In addition, on May 14th, 2024 in Toulon (France) the EURODEF 2024 defense B2B brokerage event will allow access to a networking area where drinks and snackings will be served all day long, for additional convivial talks between participants. Representatives of regional clusters will also be present.

Please note that Eurodef 2024 welcomes too consultants which represent a European defense and security company, but consultants which represent their own consulting firm cannot attend EURODEF 2024.

The EURODEF 2024 defense B2B brokerage event is the merging of the EUROFED (EUROFED2023) defense B2B brokerage event and of the Looking4Integrator event. In 2024, the EURODEF 2024 defense B2B brokerage event concerns all European Union defense and security SMEs, as well as all major European defense an security groups.

Last year, EUROFED2023 was the only European defense B2B event facilitating the creation of SME’s consortia on European Defense Funds. 21 countries of the European Union were represented. Looking4Integrator, for its part, aims the presentation of mature technological bricks to European defense groups. The merger of these two defense BtoBs events is the EURODEF 2024 defense B2B brokerage event.
