EURODEF 2024

A BtoBs brokerage event is a quick and easy way :

• to meet potential cooperation partners

• to show the best of your technologies

20 to 30 minutes run fast, but they are enough to build connections before the meeting ends and the next talk starts

1) Registration

Register via the Register button. EUROFED is a free event. At the end of the registration process you will receive a confirmation email. Then wait for your profile to be activated by the EURODEF 2024 Organizing Team (starts March 4th and takes up to 72 hours, ends April 29th).

2) Publish a business profile to showcase your needs

Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.

3) Browse profiles of attendees

As soon as your registration is validated (from April 1st it takes up to 48 hours) your profile becomes visible and you can go to the list of participants to find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.

4) Send & receive meeting requests

Browse published participants profiles and from April 14th, send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event.

5) Matchmaking Event

Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings from May 1st to May 14th (May 1st to May 13th : distant BtoBs. May 14th : on site face-to-face BtoBs in Toulon - France)

On May 14th during the face-to-face BtoBs, your tables will be indicated by signs.
