• Engaged as a Finance Expert within the European Innovation Council (EIC) Tech to Market Venture Building Program.

• Coordinated the Ukrainian Recovery Conference (URC) in London. Over 500 international businesses from over 40 countries, and 10 industries including agriculture with a total capitalization exceeding $ 5 trillion, participated and signed a Business Compact to participate in Ukraine's recovery. • Established strategic partnerships with corporations to drive innovation and digital transformation.

• Successfully completed over 20 complex transactions between corporates, venture capital funds, and start-ups.

Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine 2020 –2021

• Directed and developed national policies on innovation, and intellectual property, international trade, export promotion, achieving significant alignment with EU standards.

• Supervised five departments and 200+ employees, leading cross-sector public service innovations.

• Coordinated the International technical assistance and procurement plans for projects of donor countries and international donor organizations and foundations.

• Proposed 10+ drafts of laws in international trade, intellectual property rights protection and ensuring large-scale expansion of exports, and adapting to EU law requirements

• Relaunched Ukraine’s Export Credit Agency, resulting in increase in exports of high-value goods and services.

• Created and implemented policies to support the relocation of over 20,000 IT professionals from Belarus to Ukraine, bolstering the digital workforce during a critical period.

• Established and managed EY's Start-up Accelerator, mentoring innovative ventures to scale operations, attract venture capital, and penetrate global markets.

• Directed and closed 17 high-profile M&A transactions and private placements across CEE region, including the first privatization aligned with World Bank standards.

• Designed and executed tailored financial strategies for TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecom), ICT, agribusiness, and retail sectors, securing investment opportunities and fostering sector growth.

• Led multidisciplinary teams of senior consultants and analysts, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

• Built a robust network with global and regional clients, including private businesses, PE/VC funds, and government stakeholders, to identify and execute high-value investment opportunities.
