The interconnectedness of our ocean calls for a global perspective. By engaging speakers representing key international stakeholders shaping the ocean agenda, this workshop intends at highlighting shared challenges, institutional processes and R&I needs, hence delivering on: the identification of common priorities, strategic foresight, and the promotion of impact-oriented collaborative approaches, towards the achievement of a resilient, sustainable and equitable ocean economy.
Under Horizon Europe, the EU Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership brings together national governments, research organizations, innovation funds and regional authorities from 29 countries around the Atlantic Ocean and the Black, Baltic, Mediterranean and North Seas, in order to foster innovative solutions and technologies for a digital, green and inclusive transition of the EU blue economy.
