About me

Rémy Dénos holds a PhD in Fluid Mechanics from the University of Poitiers (France). He has been Professor at the von Karman Institute for Fluid Mechanics and the Belgian Royal Military Academy.

He joined the European Commission in 2006 where he held several positions from scientific officer to research programme officer in the successive framework programmes for research and innovation in the fields of aeronautics (DG RTD), energy (DG ENER) and space (DG DEFIS).

In 2021, Rémy joined DG MARE as a Deputy Head of Unit where is main file is marine knowledge.
