FOODRUS: Reducing food waste

• Data owners: AIN and ELIKA

• Purpose: to attend and manage the requests for information, collaboration and registration to participate in the event and activities of the FoodRUs project.

• Recipients: The management of the data may be shared with ARC, as representative of the partner region of Catalonia and collaborator in the organisation of the event.

• Rights: Access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data and limitation or opposition to its processing.

The Consent is given at the time of registration for the event.

In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, AIN and ELIKA would like to inform you of the following regarding the treatment of your personal data:

AIN and ELIKA  inform you that in accordance with Art.18 of the Constitution on the right to one's own image, regulated by Law 1/1982 of 5 May on the right to honour, personal and family privacy and one's own image and by the legislation on Personal Data Protection, during the sessions, activities and projects held within the framework of the FoodRUs Project, photographs and video recordings may be taken in which your image and voice are treated.

Such images and/or recordings may be published in the organisation's communication media (conventional, online and public media) for publicity purposes.

AIN and ELIKA  need the express authorisation of the data subjects in order to carry out the processing described below:

• I authorise that these images and/or recordings may be published in the communication media of the organisations and the FoodRUs project (b, newsletters, magazines, website, etc.).

• I authorise the insertion of these images and/or recordings in open and closed social networks: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

• I authorise the publication of images and/or recordings in public media (press, radio and TV).

This authorisation is given at the time of registration for the event.

In any case, AIN and ELIKA guarantee to safeguard the confidentiality of the data and corresponding security measures in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, to prevent their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access.
