school visit and host family accommodation with 12-year-olds

I have a group of 12-year-old pupils who are learning French since August 2022. I would love to offer them real-life situations to use the language and to get to know the French culture. In October 2024 we made a trip to Brittany with another group and it was a great experience! Now we'd like to offer the same opportunity to the next group. A good time for us to travel would be early October 2025. In exchange, we'd be happy to receive French pupils of around the same age either in the spring 2025 or 2026. The plan is to stay in host families. My group has only 12 pupils and we'd be two or three teaching to accompany them. We are funded by Erasmus+.
