How It Works

The AI-powered smart speaker functions in three key ways:

  1. Real-Time Patient Assistance:

    • The smart speaker is trained to answer frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to the patient’s condition, medication schedules, and general self-care guidelines.

    • It can provide technical support for medical equipment used in home hospitalization, such as infusion pumps, oxygen therapy devices, and monitoring systems.

    • If the AI cannot resolve a query, it can escalate the issue by notifying a healthcare professional.

  2. Daily Health Monitoring & Questionnaires:

    • Once a day, the smart speaker initiates a predetermined health questionnaire, tailored to the patient’s medical condition.
