The Influence of Extreme Religious Interpretations over Societies
About
Approaches adopted by interpreters towards the texts belong to divine religions will be examined in three particular categories: the methodological perspective (classic and contemporary), the background of interpreters (educational and social) and the responses of people (positive and negative). Although religious ideas are derived from the same textual religious sources, the nature of interpretation can vary from moderate to radical depending on different factors such as education, culture, context, history, or experiences. All these approaches also find followers and supporters in societies that assist the dissemination of ideas. Either in local and global level, these approaches find followers and supporters that assist the dissemination of ideas among society. Although the moderate religious approaches generally atract more people, the radical approaches, also, find followers. The followers of radical religious movements regardless of their limited adherences draw more attention because of their activities which mainly affect the social stability and security. The proje aims to scrutinize and categorize the radical religious movements emerged from Judaism, Christianity and Islam. The proje focuses on to examine the main leaders of these movements, the reasons for dissemination of these interpretations among followers, and the measures to prevent the negative effects of these approaches. The initiated outcome of the project will serve to provide safe and secure society in national and international area.
