Her studies focus on the relationship between theory and practice in Islamic legal systems, especially in contemporary Saudi Arabia and Iran. She is also interested in religious practices, sectarian differences, various interpretation of Islamic texts and influence of religion on politics in the Middle East region. She is also interested with the religous understanding of Muslim minorities who are living in non-Muslim Wester countries. I am interested with project related to HORIZON-CL3-2024-FCT-01-04 (Radicalisation and gender) and HORIZON-CL3-2024-SSRI-01-01 (Demand-led innovation through public procurement)
