Mrs. Özge Yıldız is R&D Manager of Papilon Inc. Within her 10 years experience on Project Management and Master’s degree ‘Engineering Skills’, she has improved herself on dissemination activities in EU funding programs like Horizon 2020 and Marie Curie Actions. Beside maintaining intercultural ecosystems, she participates in studies based on ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ and promotions about ‘Innovation Partnerships’. She takes part both organizational learning and academic affairs, regarding the training & research studies and educational enhancing activities set for well-being of R&D structuring. Considering her total 9 years industrial applications experience, she can combine and cooperate the theoretical information with practical applications via academical-industrial collaborations.
