The event is organized by NCP4Industry, the network of Cluster 4 - Industry National Contact Points, together with the Enterprise Europe Network. It is part of EUIndTech2025 , a conference organized by the MEERI Institite and the Małopolska Region in collaboration with the European Commission, under the Polish Presidency in the Council of UE. The conference focuses on research and innovations in industrial technologies and materials.

The event is exclusively for participants of the EUIndtech2025 Conference and is held ON-SITE at the Conference Venue.
Separate registration is required for both the Brokerage Event and the EUIndtech2025 Conference.

Registration for the Brokerage Event will open as soon as the topics of the Horizon Europe 2025 calls are published. This is expected to occur in the first half of April 2025.
