Horizon Europe - EUIndTech 2025 Brokerage Event

HOW IT WORKS ...

Attending a matchmaking event offers a convenient and efficient method to connect with potential partners for collaboration, in particular for joint application to HE 2025 Industry calls.

15 minutes run fast, but they are crucial for building initial connections as they provide a targeted way to meet potential collaboration partners, allowing participants to quickly evaluate each other's interests and expertise, and identify common goals and synergies.
The event also offers an opportunity to raise visibility through short pitching presentations.

  1. Register for the event

    Register via the Register button.

  2. Do not skip registration for EUIndTech2025

The Brokerage event is part of the EUIndTech2025 Conference. Only registered participants of the EUIndTech2025 will be able to enter the brokerage area. Therefore, don't delay registering for EUIndTech2025. Please note that the accreditation system of the Polish Presidency of the EU Council is used for registration. You may need to wait approximately two weeks for confirmation of your accreditation.

  3. Create your profile to showcase who you are and for what are you looking for

Create a clear and concise profile to enhance your visibility on the b2match platform.

Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer potential partners, and who you want to meet. Don’t forget to include a pitch, biography, your skills and interests. A well-prepared networking profile will significantly increase your meeting requests.

Please note that your profile will be subject to approval by the NCP in charge. To be approved, it should meet minimum requirements.

    Three options are possible:

    • Your profile is perfect: it will be approved immediately.

    • Your profile meets the minimum requirements but has shortcomings: Your profile will be approved, but you will receive recommendations for improvement.

    • Your profile does not meet the minimum requirements: You will be asked to improve your profile to meet the minimum requirements. Only after meeting these requirements will it be approved.

  4. If you intend to give the pitching presentation, consult the tab Pitching session.

  5. Browse profiles of attendees

Go to the participants list to find out who you could meet at the event and who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities. Use the filters on the right or browse through your AI Profile recommendations in the Top Matches section to narrow down your selection and find the most suitable collaboration partners that match your goals and interests. This allows you to maximize your chances of making valuable connections and achieving successful outcomes at the event.

  6. Send & receive meeting requests and messages

Browse participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event. Send out messages to interesting participants to introduce yourself and initiate conversations even before the event to establish stronger connections.

  7. My schedule and meetings overview

Access your meetings in My Schedule or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event, as well as the list of your meetings.

  8. Please arrive at the meeting hall a few minutes before your meeting(s) start. Locate your meeting spot, which will be marked with numbers. Keep in mind that each meeting lasts only 15 minutes, and a bell will ring to signal the end. If you encounter any problems, do not hesitate to ask the Organizers Team. They will be happy to assist you.

Happy matchmaking!
