He is recognized for proven success in interim management, digital change management, business development, sales acceleration, efficiency improvement, optimization of sales structures and cost reduction as well as solving and implementing complex business problems. As a certified project manager, he understands that milestones are a key to success.
Strong functional competence in sales, marketing, organization and company management are his characteristics. Entrepreneurial thinking and action are his loyal companions. Mujo was born with movement in the sense of sport (Tae-Kwon-Do) as well as in the sense of drive. This is reflected in his CV with various professional positions on different continents, in different countries, cities, company sizes and industries. In both professional and personal terms, he was able to gain an incredible amount of different and intercultural experience in leadership roles. Experiences that he not only uses for himself, but also makes available to his team... because Mujo is not a typical manager, but first and foremost a mentor who builds up the people around him, accompanies them to a certain level where they can develop freely so that they can achieve the best possible result for the common goal. Mujo is looking forward to challenging his team members to further levels.
