International Markets Week 2025
Profile
Click the Register button in the top right corner. If you already have a b2match account, log in. If you do not have one, please create one.
Registration for International Markets Week (IMW) involves two quick steps:

Create a b2match account
This gives you access to the IMW event platform.

Complete your IMW profile
This profile is how Overseas Market Advisors will learn about your business and understand your goals for the event. Be sure to provide clear and relevant details about your company, export ambitions, and the sectors or markets you’re interested in. You'll be asked to enter your IMW ID, which is located in your official invitation email.

Create your organization profile
You will need to create company profile. This profile should briefly describe your business, it's key offerings and export goals. This helps our Overseas team understand the context of your engagement.
A strong profile increases your visibility and helps ensure you are matched with the most relevant advisors.
Once all required fields are completed, click Continue to finalise your registration for IMW.
First, locate the Log in button in the upper right corner of the event navigation. Type in the email and password you used to create your b2match account. After that, click on Log In.
On the event page, navigate to the Log in button in the upper right corner of the event navigation.
Under the Email and Password field, click the Forgot password? link, enter your email address, and then click the Send reset link. You will then receive an email with a Reset password button. Clicking the button in the email will redirect you to the password setup screen.
Type in your new password in the New password and Confirm password fields. We recommend that you create a secure password with upper and lower case letters, at least one number, and special characters to ensure the security of your account.
Afterwards, you will need to return to the original link in your invitation email and log in.
The first step to changing your password is clicking on your avatar in the upper right corner of the event website navigation. From the drop-down menu, choose Account settings. You can change your password in the Password section.
In the first field of the Password section, type in your current password. After this, enter the new password in the New password field. We recommend that you create a secure password with upper and lower case letters, at least one number, and special characters to ensure the security of your account.
Once you have created and entered your new password, type it again in the Confirm password field. Once you have entered and confirmed your new password, click on Change password to automatically update your password.
The first step to changing your email address is locating your avatar in the upper right corner of the event website navigation. From the drop-down menu choose Account settings. You can change your email address in the Email Address section.
In the Email Address field enter the new email address you want to associate with your b2match account.
Once you enter the new email address, click on the Update email address button. However, this doesn't automatically update your email address. You will receive an email to the new email address with a link to verify the new address. After you click on the link, the address will be successfully updated.
Although you create your b2match profile when registering for an event, you can always edit your profile later.
There are two ways to access profile editing;
Edit my profile from Dashboard
Click on your profile dropdown in the upper right corner of the event navigation and select Dashboard. On the left sidebar of the dashboard, in the User info widget, click on the pencil icon to edit your profile.

Click on your profile dropdown in the upper right corner of the event navigation and select My profile. Once you’re on your profile page, click on the Edit profile button to access the edit profile form.
Meetings
Once registered, you will automatically be set as available for all meeting slots during International Markets Week (IMW). This is to ensure maximum visibility and flexibility for scheduling your 1-2-1 meetings with Overseas Market Advisors.
It is your responsibility to review and update your availability. The more time slots you leave open, the more opportunities you will have to connect with relevant Market Advisors. If you do not update your availability, you may be scheduled into time slots that do not suit your diary.
There are two ways to manage your meeting availability:
Option 1: From the Meeting Page

Go to the Meeting page in the navigation bar. The icon is located beside agenda.

In the upper right corner (under your avatar), click Availability.

Use the toggle at the top to enable/disable availability.

Tick the checkboxes beside the dates and times that suit your availability

Click Save to confirm your preferences.
Option 2: From Your Dashboard

Click on your avatar in the top-right corner and open your Dashboard.

Under the Book meetings section, click My Availability.

In the availability window, select the dates and times that suit your availability.

Save your changes to ensure the system reflects your preferences.
Note: You must have availability set in order to send or receive meeting requests. Be as open as possible to maximise your chances of securing high-quality meetings.
At International Markets Week (IMW), your primary objective is to meet with the Overseas Market Advisors (MAs) who can support your export strategy in specific markets and sectors.
You can browse and request meetings with the most relevant Market Advisors through the Participant section on the b2match platform.
How to Find the Right Market Advisor:

Navigate to the Participants list from the main menu.

Use the filters on the right-hand side to search by:

Market (e.g. Germany, USA, India)
-
Sector (e.g. Digital Technologies, Engineering, Consumer Products)

If your sector isn’t listed, use the search bar to enter keywords related to your business.

Click the plus (+) icon beside a Market Advisor’s name to send a meeting request.

To request a 1-2-1 meeting with a Market Advisor during International Markets Week (IMW), follow the steps below:

Navigate to the Participants list by clicking on Participants in the main event navigation menu.
- You can also access this via your Dashboard by clicking on the Book Meetings button.

To request a meeting with a Market Advisor, click the plus (+) icon next to their name.
- A meeting request window will open, displaying available dates and times.

Available dates will be highlighted on the calendar. If a Market Advisor is unavailable at a certain time, that slot will be greyed out and cannot be selected.

You may also include a short message with your request to provide helpful context (e.g. your interest in a specific market or export objective).

Click Send Request to submit your meeting invitation.

The Market Advisor will do their best to review and respond to your request within 48 hours.

If you have selected the correct Market Advisor for your market and sector, they will likely accept the meeting.

If your request is better suited to another Market Advisor, the advisor may decline the meeting but will suggest who the correct contact is.

Where possible, the IMW team may reschedule your meeting on your behalf with the correct Market Advisor if timing allows.

You will receive a notification once your meeting is confirmed or declined.
To ensure the best outcome, make sure your profile is complete and accurate, and that you’ve reviewed the Market Advisor’s sector and market focus before sending a request.

Access the Conversation page by clicking on the chat icon button on the event page navigation. In Conversations, click on the chat plus icon button to start a new conversation. In the Start new conversation modal, type in the name of the participant(s) you want to send a message to and type in the message. Afterward, click on Send.
Alternatively, you can send a message directly to a participant by clicking the message button on their profile.
As part of your IMW schedule, you will be assigned:

Four (4) prescheduled 1-2-1 meetings with Overseas Market Advisors, based on your preferences and profile.
- Please note this may be reduced to three given demand, we recommend booking your meetings early.

Two (2) meetings with Enterprise Ireland supports in the Discovery Zone, where you can explore a range of funding, advisory, and innovation supports available to your company.
- Some Discovery Zone supports offer prescheduled meetings, while others will be available on a drop-in basis, so you can visit their desks at a time that suits you.
Your full schedule will be available in the My Schedule section of your dashboard prior to the event.
You can reschedule meetings on the Meetings page.
To access the Meetings page, click on the 4 dots on the event navigation. Find the meeting you want to reschedule, click on 3 dots, and then click Edit meeting. To reschedule a meeting, simply change the meeting date or time. Once you select another meeting date or time, click on Save changes.
A confirmation window will open with all the details about the meeting. The participant will be notified about the change you made and will have to accept or reject them. Before the participants respond to your changes, the meeting will be in a pending state.
