Step 1: Register for the event

Click the Register button to sign up for IMW. You will be prompted to create a profile as part of this process.

Step 2: Create your profile

• Your profile is essential for effective networking and visibility on the platform.

• Use it to clearly outline who you are and how you are looking to engage with Enterprise Ireland’s Overseas Market Advisors.

• This should include information on your company, your export ambitions, and any specific market interests.

Step 3: Browse Market Advisor profiles

• Go to the participants section to explore available profiles.

• Use the filters on the right-hand side to sort by sector and market.

• If your sector is not listed, try using the search bar at the top to enter keywords relevant to your industry or business focus.

Step 4: Send & receive meeting requests and messages

• Review the Market Advisor profiles and send meeting requests to those relevant to your business goals.

• You can also send direct messages in advance of the event to introduce yourself and begin building connections.

• Market Advisors will review and accept your meeting request within 48 hours. If the market advisor believes it is more appropriate for you to meet with a different Market Advisor they will decline the meeting and refer to another colleague.

Step 5: View your schedule and meetings

• Access your personalised event agenda under My Schedule or Meetings.

• This will show your full list of confirmed 1-2-1 meetings with Overseas Market Advisors and any other sessions you’ve registered for.
