For your information, the registration is free but mandatory. Besides, to avoid any food waste, if we are not notified 24 hours before the event of your absence with written proof, we will be obliged to charge you a penalty. For our members, this will be 50 euros and for non-members the price will be 100 euros.

  1. Hotel Les Tanneurs is a 15-minute walk from the station and 10 minutes from the university. Reservations should be made by e-mail to info@tanneurs.com, mentioning the room category required.

  2. The B&B hotel is located 5 minutes from the station and the University of Namur. It is a brand new hotel that was built last year. Bookings must be made via the website, add the reduction code at stage 4 of the booking process.
