At the Novalis Science Park, CER Groupe and its subsidiary ECI bring over 45 years of expertise in agri-food research, from farm to fork. Through customised development of bioproducts (enzymes, biocontrol solutions, probiotics, prebiotics, bioactive compounds), in vitro/in vivo characterisation, analytical development, regulatory preclinical studies and food safety testing, these 2 institutions are advancing the study of health-enhancing products benefits. The integration of Novalis' dynamic scientific community with companies such as ECI, a world leader in the development of high-quality colostrum for human and animal nutrition, provides ongoing support for collaborative R&D in the field of functional nutrition. During the Spring School, you will have the exclusive opportunity to visit the CER laboratories and ECI's state-of-the-art processing plant, which also offers drying services to external partners.
