3DmetDie is a Deeptech start-up that develops highly innovative products and provides smart solutions to the material forming processes that involve heat transfer in particular die casting of light alloys and hot stamping of Ultra High strength Steels .
The core solutions of 3DmetDie are based on in house developed smart thermal sensors, artificial intelligence, computer vision, digital twin and advanced simulation and design of 3Dprinted moulds and inserts for High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC), to increase the process productivity and die durability, empower the low qualified operators and help in casting productively the newly developed alloys for structural parts.
Carrasco Tool Components is a highly knowledgeable SME in providing moulds components and the related solution for High Pressure and Low pressure die casting. Presently, Carrasco is being developing an innovative and robust chill vent, with a high capacity of venting, for High Pressure Die Casting of light Structural parts. The innovative Chill vent will allow of energy saving of the processes by around 20-30% through reducing the generated scraps and the related production stop frequency.
Rovalma is a highly R&D intensive Spanish SME, pioneer of High Thermal conductivity tool steels and other advanced tool materials for a wide range of material forming processes. Recently, Rovalma has developed a disruptive additive manufacturing methods for a large range of metal alloys with the ability to print big sizes at a cost and energy effective manner. The methods differs from all SoA by the ability of volume printing instead of layers. It has the potential to be used to print highly performance battery covers with integrated conformal cooling. Additionally, the methods is presently used to print high performance mould components.
Innomaque 21, is an SME Instrument champion, that has developed innovative metal powder specially tailored for additive manufacturing.
We are highly interested to further develops and use our innovative technologies to contribute in making light components to increase the economy of electrical mobility and reduce the cost of the same to improve its affordability for a largest number of the population.
