CALL FOR POSTERS
The workshop will include a poster session to showcase recent results, either from academic research or industry applications, which highlight novelty from the methodology adopted, technology used, or results obtained.
Your contribution will be peer reviewed by the MBSE 2025 program committee. Priority will be given to topics that are not covered already by other workshop topics and are judged on novelty, clarity and alignment with workshop objectives.
Please submit and upload your poster (see technical requirements below) for MBSE 2025, using this form (requires a valid Google account, used for authentication purposes only).

Submissions sent directly by e-mail will not be accepted and are excluded from consideration! -

All accepted posters will be printed by the workshop organizers on roll-out banners, free of charge, and authors can take them home after the event. The authors are provided the opportunity to pitch their poster during the plenary poster session. A token best poster award will be given to the highest rated poster and pitch presentation.
On your poster:

explain the problem you have tried to address - and what workshop objective is related

briefly pitch or describe the solution that addresses the problem

show some evidence that the solution resolved the problem - in whole or part
-
advertise how to get in contact, get more information and/or get involved with any follow-up
It is strongly encouraged to use visuals to support these aspects; minimize text to the essentials.
Technical requirements for your poster:
Final format: 841 × 1189 mm (this is A0 size).

Bleed: +3 mm on all sides.

This means the working file size should be 847 × 1195 mm. (vertical — meaning portrait orientation).

841 × 1189 mm is the final “trim size” after cutting.

In the bleed area you can place only background (color, texture, image) or leave it white — but no important text or logos.

Marking:

The bleed should be indicated with crop marks showing where the page will be trimmed.

Inside, you should also leave a safe zone (about 5–10 mm from the trim edge), where no important text or graphics should be placed.
