Organoleptic characteristics:

Intense ruby red colour. Fruity bouquet, with clear hints of spices and liquorice. Tannic in a balanced way, it maintains a low acidity. Dry on the palate, moderately soft, it goes well with dishes such as cured meats and short-aged cheeses and game.
