About

Biscuits made with apple, almonds, candied oranges and spices, a recipe by Vincenzo Corrado, chef at the bourbon court from the mid-1700s. He has published several cookbooks including the famous “Il cuoco galante”, from which this recipe is taken.

Ingredients: type 00 wheat flour, sugar, pureed apple, candied orange ( orange peel 49%, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid E330, preservatives: potassium sorbate E202, sulfur dioxide E220 as a residue), almonds, cinnamon and cloves in powder, raising agent (carbonate of ammonium).

May contain nuts.

Shelf life: 150 days.

The biscuits are contained in transaparent sealed bags with a paper label (mesures: 19cmx5cmx9cm) .

Packaging type: 30 bags for box (mesures: 32cmx32cmx27cm)

Maximum production capacity: 160 bags/day.
