Crunchy almond and cinnamon biscuits, whose recipe is taken from ‘Credenziere di buon gusto’, recipe book written by Vincenzo Corrado after the mid-eighteenth century. A collection of recipes and suggestions for making biscuits, pastries, candied fruit, chocolates and jams that can still satisfy even today the most greedy palates.

Ingredients: type 00 wheat flour, sugar, almonds, eggs, butter, milk, raising agent (ammonium carbonate), cinnamon powder, salt.

May contain nuts.

Shelf life: 150 days.

Wheigt per pack: 200g

The biscuits are contained in transaparent sealed bags with a paper label (mesures: 19cmx5cmx9cm) .

Packaging type: 24 bags for box (mesures: 32cmx32cmx27cm)

Maximum production capacity: 160 bags/day.
